World Bank and IMF Spring Meetings 2018

World Bank and International Monetary Fund Annual Meetings for member countries from around the world. TCA events will focus on partnerships, development topics, AIDS research, agriculture, trade, environment, finance, private sector, operations, research, poverty, technology, development, economics, bank development and economics. For the Spring Meetings, the broad theme will be Meeting Global Aspirations and Challenges. Sessions will highlight the importance of investing in people and building resilience, as well as the role of innovations and partnerships including with the public and private sector to unlock opportunities and help countries – and people – realize their potential. The Meetings are attended by approximately 2,800 delegates from our member countries, 350 observer organization representatives and 800 members of the press. Approximately 550 accredited civil society members also participate in the Meetings. Plenary sessions of the World Bank Group/IMF Boards of Governors are only scheduled during the Annual Meetings in the fall. The Fall World Bank / IMF Meetings will be held in Bali, Indonesia October 12 -14, 2018.
